Service agreement for commercial printing and packaging
By using Elion Prints (Pvt) Ltd services, you agree to these terms. Commercial printing and packaging services are subject to material availability, production schedules, and specifications agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on material selection, finishing requirements, quantity, and production complexity. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance of quotation and receipt of approved artwork.
Client approval of proofs is required before production begins. Elion Prints (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for errors in printed materials that were present in client-approved proofs.
While we take every precaution to deliver quality products, Elion Prints (Pvt) Ltd liability for defective products is limited to reprinting or refunding the affected portion of the order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
